We stayed only for one night in Seo de Urgel at Casa Catarina but it has been a very nice room, with a comfortable bed and enough space and ambience to feel "homish". The hostess was very friendly and informed us about the parking situation in the old town/ how to get to the place. She explained how the parking system worked so we calmly left our car some hundred metres away and enjoyed our stay and night out at one of the bars Catarina recommended. Equipment for hot drinks and a vessel for used cutlery and glasses was there as well as some guides and maps around the area. Catarina offered more help and ideas to pass the time if we had needed as well as breakfast - however, since we wanted to get going really early in the morning we declined, and just left- key on the table - to journey on. Also, I forgot my braces there and was so grateful that Catarina took it upon herself to send them after me. This was definitely the kindest and most unexpected highlight of our 2 weeks in Spain and Portugal. So thanks again Catarina and many more happy guests that'll have a good night's sleep at your place.

Catharina was a great host in an interesting neat little town. Nice rooms and great breakfast, fresh squeezed fruit juices and pastries made just down the street.
