We didn't stay but we had lunch there. The food is delicious, the manager (or owner, I don't know) very sweet and attentive. But there was a lack of staff and they were very slow. They apologized many times, and the cook also came out of the kitchen to apologize. It's appreciated! I highly recommend the place but with reservations a few days in advance, it gets very busy.
The food was wonderful, with generous and high-quality portions. The setting, next to a river with chickens and in the countryside, was like something out of a fairytale. The cheese board, typical of the area, was impressive, with all the strong varieties. For our main course, we ordered croquettes; they were so good and creamy that we ordered a second portion. The first portion consisted of two seafood croquettes and two lamb croquettes, and the second portion was four nettle and cheese croquettes. The main course was a rice dish for two with duck, rabbit, and black trumpet mushrooms, which was absolutely delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly, with saffron and no artificial coloring, and incredibly flavorful. My two companions had a ribeye steak from mature beef, which, with the sauce, was to die for. The desserts, being homemade, were fantastic. We ordered two cheesecakes, a pistachio cake (if you're a pistachio fan, I highly recommend it), and a Flor de Levante (a type of almond cake), each one better than the last.
