Excellent service across the board. A very helpful receptionist who spoke multiple languages. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the chair lift but there was a driver on call. Good food and good wine with friendly service.
We spent a week at Hotel Chalet Bassibe while on a skiing holiday and I highly recommend this hotel. We had half board and both the breakfast and dinner were excellent with enough choices to keep everyone in our group happy. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect for a ski holiday with the nearest lift a short walk away although the hotel provides and excellent bus service. I would definitely stay here again.
Dear all, Once again a quick and simple review: Pros: - Perfect location for those who want to go skiing. - Nice bus service to get to the ski lift. (even thought you are at 150 meters from it) - Easy access to parking. - Decent breakfast. - Friendly employees. - Comfortable room to leave your ski equipment. Cons: - During peak season the room rates seem excessive for this 4 star hotel, not worth spending that much money per night. - You get to hear all your neighbours from the rooms around you. - The hotel does not provide, if needed, iron boards. Ps: did not get to experience the spa/swimming pool area & the rooms need an update. Hope it helps, Cheers
Excellent warm service with a smile. Fantastic restaurant and evening meals. Very easy access to the lifts and mountains to ski.
