Overall a great stay that fell just a little short. Location it is a 10/10, a truly beautiful place in a spectacular town. This was our anniversary trip so I’ll be a little nitpicky: the room had virtually no AC, and the staff basically was like yah that sounds about right. It was very hot - like sleep with only a sheet and wake up sweaty type hot. Espresso machine also didn’t work, neither did any of the phones (couldn’t order room service), and the pillows were a little cheap feeling. When we booked the place we mentioned several times this was our anniversary trip but was never met with any sort of congratulations or acknowledgment - again very small but something we noticed. Also had a complimentary breakfast when we booked that somehow no one knew about or could help us use. The spa: the two hour circuit is incredible. 10/10 would do that over again! The massages however were very expensive and almost nonexistent. Minimal pressure, felt like we were being tickled. Perhaps how many people like their massages, idk I like to feel it when I book one. Friendly service though.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, even though it is a very old hotel, but the highlight for me was definitely the view. It is absolutely beautiful and really makes the stay special, especially in the morning and at sunset. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great hospitality and an amazing view.

Terrible service The hotel pool is closed until June 20, so be warned: they do not advertise this on Booking, Agoda, or even on their own hotel page, which simply states "seasonal swimming pool." They did have another pool open in the spa, but it costs 40 euros per person for just 4 hours. This is ridiculously expensive, especially during the spring or summer when you aren't even using the saunas. Breakfast was pretty good, except for the eggs. The rooms are old, though the view is nice. The man at the reception didn't try to help or offer any alternatives. I would not stay here again, even if the pool were open.

A fabulous hotel in an amazing location. The service is excellent and the food delicious. But the best bit has to be the stunning views of the mountains, especially from the round restaurant.
