The staff super friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. The Breakfast a DISASTER. When they said they have warm foods I was excited for a nice breakfast, instead it tastes like rubber. It was like they took the cheapest available products and warmed them in a microwave. One very positive point they do fresh orange juice, but I could have bought that outside for €3. So unfortunately it is not worth paying for breakfast in the hotel.

The location Is good but the parking area Is small and not always accessibile. I didn t like the breakfast, not good not clean. The room i had was big and nice. Sorry but this Is not mu favorite place to stay here in Lleida.

The rooms were fine and clean. Unfortunately, the room card lost its programming three times, which meant I had to keep going back to reception. Furthermore, at the beginning we were offered a free breakfast in exchange for the first room cleaning, which we accepted. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned even once in five days. It's a strange practice to promote a service that has to be paid for (breakfast) and not perform a service that has already been paid for (cleaning). The location is close to the city and therefore good. Unfortunately, the rooms are very noisy. You can hear your neighbors snoring.

This was my first review after the first stay in hotel: Very clean and comfortable hotel, staff are very helpful. This is my second review after various stays: I have stayed at this hotel several times and, overall, the experience has been fine. However, there is a recurring issue with the reception staff when requesting an invoice. Every time I ask for an invoice, it becomes a very frustrating process. On my last stay, I had to send six emails explaining that the invoice they sent was incorrect. Each time there was a different mistake, once the number was wrong, another time the country name was incorrect, and so on. It ended up taking a lot of time and effort just to obtain a correct invoice. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. It seems to be a repeated problem with the reception team when issuing invoices. I hope the hotel can improve this process, as requesting a simple invoice should not require so many emails and corrections.
