A lovely campsite, in a beautiful location. The reception staff are welcoming & helpful. The facilities & site are constantly cleaned & maintained. The site is well laid out & you have the relaxing sound of the mountain river passing by the site. There are stunning walks straight out of the campsite. We had a wonderful 8 days of walking, cycling & relaxing. Highly recommended, if you truly enjoy the outdoors.

Probably the best camping we’ve ever stayed in. The bathrooms are super clean (they have someone cleaning them around the clock) and they include shower gel. The sound of the river in the background is great and if you want to start your walk to Sant Maurici this is the perfect place for it. We will come here again.

We stayed in our campervan and absolutely loved it! The view was breathtaking, everything was spotless, and we felt so warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Such a peaceful and friendly place — we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

What to add to all the very positive reviews? Amazing camping location, family run, right next to the amazing national park. We initially reserved for a week and after 2 days extended with one more week. Camp site is superb! Beautiful nature. Lots of outdoor activities in and around Espot / the park. Excellent facilities and great services (bread service, massages). Continuous cleaning of showers and toilets. The same goes for the overall camp site and pool which are excellently kept clean. Nice bar/restaurant with outside terrace. The owners, their daughters and staff go out of their way to help you, answer all your questions and provide necessary info. At arrival they take the time to explain about the campsite, the park, activities, etc. and make you feel welcome. We had an amazing time and for sure will return.

I want to love it but first impressions matter and we didn't receive a warm welcome. We booked ahead. After spending a week on Costa Brava we left for the Pyrenees knowing we have a booking at this campsite. We When we arrived we were told we missed the cut off time. It was by 45min! No phone calls prior to this. No emails.Nothing. We spent the day driving there with 2 children in our campervan and it does take time considering the roads leading there. My husband was very angry and exhausted and so were we. After spending about 45mins at the reception they reluctantly gave us a plot which was right at the entrance with a very noisy stream. I tried to give hints that we have 2 children etc and frankly it wasn't the safest plot for them. But no, they said they were fully booked. I then observed the empty spaces closer to the bathrooms and shop for the next 3 days. I would rather pay a deposit than having to have the worst plot because you didn't arrive for the cut off time. Travel in the mountains is challenging as it is and if you add 2 children to the equation...well they just made us feel unimportant, unwelcome.There were other guests who arrived after us but they didn't seem to have the same issue. Were these people called? Was it because they were native speakers and we were not?I will never know.I wish someone would've called us to ask or inform. I would've actually preferred to pay extra if needed. The staff there other than the owners were absolutely amazing. Big shout out to the man at the bar and the ladies serving. Super nice and very friendly. The bathrooms are clean. The food is OK. The playground a bit dated but does the job. Overall it is a very nice campsite and it would easily be a 5star from me but our visit was marked by the unpleasant welcome/ lack of it and the worst plot. The walk to the bathroom took about 10minutes with a 4 year old. They should introduce a structure where guests can pay a deposit as a reassurance instead of automatically canceling the reservations. It's not right. What was the point of all those empty spaces for the next few days and us receiving one of the worst ones I'll never know. But holidays are what you make of it. The surroundings are beautiful. The campsite is amazing too. It's just ...it could've been perfect but wasn't.
