Write a reviewPleasant camping just up the hill from the nearest village. Facilities are modern and clean, but not quiet enough of either to be outstanding. Not much shade available on our visit in mid-May but you'd hope the well pruned trees had grown back by mid-summer or things could get very toasty! Onsite bar/restaurant seems very popular and we couldn't get a table on the weekend so book ahead if you fancy it. No WiFi away from the bar 'zone' but even that was rather slow.
Kind and helpful staff. Two toilet facilities, one revamped, quite good, the other just fine, both ready for winter season and with one sink for the toilet casette each, one of them only in the men's restroom. Sloppy pitches. We had to really make the most of our chocks. The platform for graywater discharge is a ramp: once you think you're over, get out of the ramp and get the motorhome flat, your drain will dump downhill the other half of your graywater tank. Also, the access to the platform might be tricky to impossible for motorhomes longer than 7. Liners can't even get to the place. The campsite is full of permanents and there was such a mess when we arrived (children riding around every where, a lot of noise of all kind...). Surprisingly by about 8 pm it was total silence (after a storm) and the campsite remained absolutely silent till well past 10 am. We spend a wonderful night. ACSI card admitted. It takes just a 2 km walk to reach Solsona (very nice medieval oldtown)
Surprisingly quiet for such a big place. Staff very helpful, some of the facilities, petanca, mini-golf, have seen better days. Restaurant unexpectedly posh and too expensive. But overall, nice, shady, well situated.
Nice little cabins and campsites and a nice family atmosphere. The kids loved the pool. The restaurant serves good yet inexpensive food. Very close (by car) to loads of places for good hiking.
A lovely place with an excellent restaurant, where you it's highly recommended tasting the delicious specialties of the house: "cargols a la gormanda" and "foie del Jordi"
